What's included, and what does Pro add?
The app includes the live ZEC price, charts, portfolio tracking, on-chain stats, the CYPH treasury tracker, the Simple Circle widget and one active price alert. Zcash Tracker Pro is an optional one-time purchase ($9.99 on the US App Store) that unlocks the full widget collection, unlimited alerts and every Pro feature. There is no subscription.
I paid $1.99 for the app. Do I have to buy Pro?
No. If you bought Zcash Tracker for $1.99 during its paid period, you keep Pro for life automatically. There's nothing to buy and nothing to restore. If Pro doesn't show as unlocked, make sure you're signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy the app, then email us with your app version.
How do I get Pro back on a new device or after reinstalling?
Sign in with the same Apple Account you used to buy Pro and open the app's Pro screen. Pro is tied to your Apple Account, not to a Zcash Tracker account (there isn't one). If it still isn't unlocked, email us.
Which widgets are there?
Simple Circle is free for everyone and shows the ZEC price with how long ago it was updated. Pro unlocks the full collection of five: Simple Circle plus Price + Change, Mini Chart, My Holdings and Daily Range, each in light, dark or system appearance. Preview them in the in-app widget gallery first.
How do I add a widget?
Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen or Lock Screen until the apps jiggle, tap Edit or the plus button, search for Zcash Tracker, choose a widget and tap Add Widget.
Why does my widget show an older price?
iOS decides how often widgets can refresh, so a widget can lag behind the app. Each widget shows how long ago its price was updated. Opening the app fetches the latest price.
How do price alerts work?
Set a target price and the app notifies you when ZEC reaches it. One active alert is free; Pro unlocks unlimited alerts. Make sure notifications are allowed for Zcash Tracker in iOS Settings.
How current is the price?
The home screen shows a freshness indicator so you can see how recent the number is. Prices come from third-party market data and can be delayed or differ from what a particular exchange shows.
Can I connect my wallet or exchange?
No. Zcash Tracker only displays information. You can enter your holdings and cost basis manually for portfolio tracking; they stay on your device. The app never asks for keys or seed phrases. Never share those with anyone.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all App Store payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
